just a few questions that i need an answer to....

i tried going into the fade to save the kid , whos father is ill with a demonic illness - i used that vamp mage girl to do this - i beleive its all you can use from playing it over n over - so this time round i loaded a previous save before that encounter and decided to investigate the castle - i went up stairs and ended up being quite evil and murdering the trouble maker kid  , this i did simply because since when i went to the fade, the demon always killed me - what im asking is have i done the right thing?

one other question - can i drop items , or do i have to put them in junk - and if so , isnt my inventory suppose to free up some or do i have to leave the map and return to camp to sell surplus stuff to the dwarf or any trader i know of?? rendering the junk pretty pointless if you have to go to a trader to free up the inventory.

Somewhere  - im not sure where , there was talk of backpacks to increase your inventory? im asking is this the same as potion bags in baldurs gate 2? if so has anyone actually found one? in the game??.

And when i load the game i get a message saying i have been disconnected to the server? whats this about?.

cheers <_<

***Spoilers*** spec. locations. game choices and consequences.

If you want to unlock the Blood Mage specialization you need to beat that demon in the first fights in the fade, then reason with her for knowledge before the last one. You can play as Jowan if you didn't murder him in the basement, Morrigan or Wynne if they are in your party, or your pc if you build a mage. I never played many squishys before but they can be fun. Especially in this game where fireball, crushing prison, tempest etc. are pretty overpowered. Plus you can play in full armor once you get Arcane Warrior (elf quest).

I''ve heard if you bargain with the demon for 'pleasure'  you don't even get a lousy cut-scene but I wouldn't know. Really.

The back packs are avail at the merchants. Two total in Ostagar if you go back after the wilds. One more in camp. There is an item limit so I'm not sure about later merch. I had maxed my packs by the time I hit Denerim but try them all. The junk option doesn't free inv. spots just makes it easier to get rid of. One button and it's gone. You can trash stuff completly in the junk screen one item at a time for $0.

The server issues are many and varied. I didn't get rid of the error message till I got my EA acct., my GT and this acct. all linked properly. For an idea on what that involves see my exchange with Foreman20 in 'Online Profile Question'  I think it was called. Yikes!  If you're still keen to try, more power to ya but maybe BW/EA will get it fixed without thousands of individual emails to Care.

Junk is good at the merchant, you press one button to sell it all in one go.

thinking about it , there is a place in the village where the smith wants you to give him dragon scale to make armour - that has a well thats for dropping stuff there.... but not sure if you can reclaim it mind...

Its near the chantry.
