"You do not have the key to unlock this door."?
This happens constantly and its starting to get very annoying....and you can't kill yourself and you can't keep your xp and loot. I played last night and it happened to our group 3 times out of 5 runs. Luckly we had mics and voted each other so we could keep our stuff, but GL with that happening with pugs.

There has been one time when there was a mage glitched into a door that we couldn't hurt it though, but primarily yes. Also tried to jump to our deaths in the final area of the Ruins from the top of the steps after killing everything.....you can hurt yourself until you're deep in the red and then you no longer take damage. Like its % based or something.
I almost had this happen my last game, but luckily for us the demon mage that shoots ice eventually teleported back through the locked door so we could kill him. Had us running around confused for awhile though.
Everytime this happens to me, it's just a rogue hiding somewhere.
Had one of those earlier today. It was a bugged red templar assassin who we killed, but didn't die properly. We unloaded powers and grenades into his helpless body for a while before the host quit.
