2) some abilities are extremely temperamental - e.g. Twin fangs in the tutorial area will frequently fail (resulting in the rogue dancing around for 10s) if you can't get in the right position to attack
3) mouse cursor visibility is terrible - you have to hold down LMB to attack, meaning cursor will be hidden which is extremely confusing
4) related issue - there needs to be a way to target enemies without attacking them (let's see what level that rift is.. Oh damn, you just shot an aggro'ed a horde of demons ten levels higher than the party)
5) no regenerating health combined with infinitely respawning enemies is probably a bad idea
6) when playing a ranged mage, I've noticed Melee party members resetting/respawning behind me during fights (I.e. They rush forward, hit the dragon over the head, and teleport back to my mage)

My game goes to a white screen with only the game pointer graphic when I'm in the war room. I don't get any error messages, the game doesn't crash to desktop, in game music stops playing, but still able to alt-tab/computer does not lock up. I have to use the task manager to close out the game.
Specs:
i5-4670K
Geforce GTX 760 (latest drivers)
Windows 7 Home Premium
8GB RAM

Campaign (PC):
- Josephine: sometimes when entering her room, she is standing up with arms open to the left of her table or above the chair, then one or two seconds later the character model goes back to place.
- Leliana: sometimes when i talk to her she immediatly sits on nothing making it look like she is sit and floating.
- Both issues on the Keep
Controls (PC):
- Gamepad: Sometimes is really annoying that i try to jump and the character gathers nearvy Herbs instead, even when i'm not facing the herbs or they are not even on screen or have highlight that i can see, same for mount, if i try to jump it goes to the mount,, even if not that near, maybe the range at which we can go to the mount should be reduced.
Animations (PC):
- There is a bug with the animations that it seems that randomly makes a target jump high and then fall, i play rogue and unless it's one of the mages using Mind Blast (which are not in their set of skills to be useable, unless they don't have the 8 skill limit and can use whatever skill they have ulocked) then i don't know, this was more noticeable on the first Giant i fought which was in the desert dungeon as a boss, he jumped and died, altho this happened once or twice with other giants and they didn't die it migh be because the other giant was near death i don't remember, seems random (this happenes with humanoid NPCs from what i remember, inluding Red Templars, Bandits etc)

They have already been added, but writing them down so that BioWare sees it anyways:)
- New UI
- More hairstyles for all races.. please il sell my organs just to get them added to the game
- Stability and better optimization of the game

- When trying to do the class trainer/specialization mission the wrong trainers show up. I'm a Mage and keep getting Rouge trainers.

Potion belt loses extra potion on reload.
Appears that only the fact you're wearing the belt is saved, its contents are not.

During the Character Face Customization, if you Alt+Tab and Accept Change and Name your Character, You see the Cinematic as it suppose to be and then once it's over, you won't appear in Haven Prison, but in the Cinematic World. Where you run Toward the Women. Stuck there forever. You will need to Exit to Menu and restart over your Customization.

i think some enhanced rings don't work, and its unclear whether they stack with each other if you have two duplicates. Adding 30% damage ring shows the increase in the tooltip of tactics, but adding another makes no difference, though some say they do stack. Enhanced barrier ring doesn't seem to increase duration of barriers, but I'm not sure.

First Bug : I can't finish the "In Hushed Whisper" quest. After the fight with Alexius and right after Dorian and my inquisitor are back in the rift, in the cutscene i don't have any dialogue options, just my party members and attacks ... I tried reloading the Alexius fight and redo all of it but it's still stuck like that. Also the second time i had a directX error .. :'( .. i really want to finish this quest so i can move on.. it's an important one in the story.
Second Bug : In Skyhold (with another playthrough) all of my party members had disappeared except Cassandra and Cole and I was unable to talk to him. Also my mount wasn't there and the mounts shop .. but it's not a serious bug .. i think it's just that it didn't load completely, i saved and reloaded and it was all back to normal.

The pathing when using tactical camera is just... no words to describe it, really. You would think this would be thoroughly tested, especially in areas with challenging boss encounters. But no, often when I just want to move 3 inches to the side and the game sends my dude all the way taking laps around the field. Here is just an example:

That's really not normal or even remotely acceptable for an AAA title like DAI. Please fix it asap, it's killing an otherwise wonderful game.

Not sure whether it has been mentioned already, but after I did the pranks with Sera, Cullen simply vanished from the map and his office for good. Was unable to finish the Before the Dawn quest and obviously couldn't get a couple of dialogues towards the end. Annoyed the **** out of me.

Sadly it is not. I just cut out the borders to keep the size viewable for lowres screens, but what you see is as real as it is frustrating.

I'd like to request an edit to one suggestion people have thrown out. Instead of a single loot that loots everything in the immediate area, why not the main character loot something and then your followers set out to grab the rest? It would feel more roleplayer'sh.

This thread is probably the most comprehensive list of issues with DA:I, and I for one would like to see it stickied. I haven't played DA:I for days now because it is in such dire need of a mega patch to make it an acceptable playing experience (for myself personally). I check these forums every day hoping for at least some word as to when we can expect the first patch - and nothing, even as we approach the 2 week post-release mark.
The ridiculously long loading times (even just to get to the main menu) is enough to sour the experience (again, for myself) enough to make me regret my $70.00 pre-purchase. The tactical camera, the inability to swap weapon sets during combat, the horrible follower ai, the health system, the inability to add attribute points on level up, the unresponsive war table and dialogue interface icons (happens too often), the awful inventory and overall pc menu interface - make me wish that I would have requested a refund during the 24 hour period after a first launch.
I have never been so disappointed with a game purchase before, and the lack of any concrete ETA on a patch from Bioware is increasingly becoming unacceptable.
(Can anyone confirm that the Denuvo drm is what is causing the enormously long load times)?
Edit:
I still have hope that Bioware will sort things out but it does seem rather obvious that they needed many more months to polish this game as it's current state is unacceptable for a major AAA game. Why was none of this mentioned (except bad tactical camera) in ANY of the pre-release reviews? Shame on ALL of them - they are useless and serve no purpose to consumers.

Terrible AI. For instance the last battle of Haven: The Red Templar Captain Behemoth that follows me around the chantry square and decides at some point to return to the trebuchet, parking itself in a pole fence, never to be released from it. (I never bothered to kill it because what's the fun of killing a 'parked' enemy?)
And ofcourse there's more of this terrible AI all around.
Next:
Varric, standing on a scaffold (only reachable by a ladder) shooting some enemy. After killing the enemy i pointed him to a new enemy ath the other side of the scaffold, at that point not visible for Varric. That got Varric to 'jump' scenes, ending him up at the bottom of the ladder, 15 meters away, within a second. That's where the 'program' said "OOPS" and put him back on the scaffold again. That was repeatable by telling Varric to attack the same enemy again.
Next:
Loot ending up high on walls and fences not reachable for characters.
Next:
Cassandra sometimes refuses to come out of Shield Defence. Ony comes out of it then by clicking mouse button 1 so she makes an atack move. Clicking a special attack does not get her out of Shield Defence at that time.
Still enjoyable though. Great story till now. Just got hold of Skyhold. ![]()
