Does anybody else have the issue of sound effects disappearing after casting an AOE (mage, obviously)? It doesn't happen every time, but almost every time for me. Clicking into and out of the radial menu fixes it, but I don't know why it's happening in the first place. Not a big deal but it's another bug if it's not an issue with my computer (which to be honest it shouldn't be as it's a brand new build).

Fell through the map after using leaping shot (near a rift north of Ft Connor) - look, if you can detect players having fallen through map geometry, at least restore them to full health
This time I got an invisible vendor that sells nothing at Skyhold!
I noticed a couple of invisible NPCs "popping in" after you've been standing next to them for a while.
Also, being "in combat" (i.e. accidentally having clicked somewhere while being in range of random wildlife) makes it impossible to interact with veilfire until you've hunted down the stupid ram on the other side of a mountain.
Finally, occasionally loot drops where my character is standing instead of where the enemy died (more noticeable if you are playing an archer or mage)

Did they spawn a mile up?
Now if this were a Bethesda game, they would've ragdolled dead or exploded into gib. 1up? Unsure.

The aftermath was nice, since they were all animals they left behind those lootable carcasses and i could actually survey the awesomeness.
Wish bodies stayed a little while. Guess it's an engine limitation?

Pretty sure the level 12 rift enemies in the Hinterlands is not a bug. There is indeed level 12 content in that area, so I think we can take this off the list.
This one is minor, but in haven I see Varric constantly hitching and stepping through the ground during his sway animation when I try to talk to him.

Gameplay bug: certain armor schematics don't match the image presented before you craft.
I've also heard of a terrible bug that some gfx/meshes get swapped, so the armor you are trying to craft is effectively not in the game as its been overwritten - but I'd need someone to confirm this.

Vivivieanna(haven) does the same thing if you approach her from her right. She hangs up on that chair and hops once every few seconds. If i approach from the left, she turns and idles normally during speech.

You are a smart man. And so far the only person I've seen post this issue.
This is a big issue. Because games these days aren't made this way. Objects are dissolved for the camera. And cameras are given buffer zones to help with smooth transitions, to make things pleasing on the eye.
I just mentioned in another thread how, dating back to Age of Conan, games were made with a 'hide foliage around character' toggle button. These days, toggles aren't needed, because developers understand. It's common sense when making a game to give the camera priority over all obstacles. As you would if you were a filmmaker.
Not Dragon Age: Inquisition, though. They threw that rule out the window.
You get tree bark, in your face, at point blank range.
I can almost taste the sap.
What were they thinking.

Doesn't work for me. Works fine in the stores or in the inventory UI, but nothing works at all if I'm in the crafting UI.
I'm going to try to edit the keybinds though. I was a bit tired when I wrote that list last night, and I never thought to try that to see if it would correct things.
Sorry, you were completely right; I confused inventory screen with crafting UI. Can't rotate characters in crafting using A&D keys
Just confirmed in-game.

The mechanics of "Spirit blade" skill is awful in tactic mode. Why I can't switch between it and autoattack? Instead I should click on skill every time when I need to do an attack.

Guys, not sure if you saw it, but Cameron Lee discussed upcoming patch info in a Twitch stream here, at the 1:20 mark of the vid.
Looks like at least 3 patches are planned as of right now.
Also, if you believe this guy, there might be hope of some pc ui love in the patches. Nope, he had no inside info for the first patch....

I just installed my GTX 980 today (YEAH!!!!) but now DA:I is freezing at the menu (I can actualy go into the settings, and the menu works fine for a few minutes, then it freezes). Anyone know of a fix? Has anyone had the same problem (especialy those with a 980)?

I get that you have to save money, and thus aim mostly for plausible sounding interaction (i.e. have Alice say something, and Bob respond in a generic way which fits but could equally have been a response to Charlie's line). but having three characters repeat virtually the same line and calling it "dialogue" is atrocious. Writers, what were you thinking.

Um the camps, use the same model and armor and characters and sounds on their guard/scouts. so they use the same equipment in a desert setting as in a forest setting and so forth, thats also lasy. Some variation should be considered, the same guard/scouts show up if you use "force" to take an area instead of scouting.....

Here are some things that I didn't see in the list already (all experienced on a PC).
- Can't complete the mosaic in the Hinterlands because 2 pieces are missing.
- When "The Archdemon" mosaic is completed, a piece is still missing from the wall in Skyhold.
- Various rings that apply to a particular skill don't work (or at least don't effect the description in the character report. I've checked that at least the rings for Payback strike and Lunge and Thrust do change the damage listed in the skill description when worn, however all the mage/rogue rings I've gotten don't. I've read that if you try to stack these types of rings that it causes them to stop working as well.
- After completing Sutherland's entire chain (ending with a company of heroes) you can talk to him and he says he wants to give you something (pay you back with interest for investing in him), but you never actually get anything from him. I'm not sure if it's going to be a mission that doesn't appear because I've not advanced the story quests enough, but it would be nice to know.
- Mantle problems are already listed, but I get errors saying something like it looses permission for full screen or something like that (it's being run as an admin already).
- I read a post on reddit today about how some of the belts (focus belts in particular) have no effect.
- I've encountered some things that are highlighted by the search command, but are either unreachable (ladder in the dragon nest in the Hinterlands) or unclickable (a bunch of ore in the Exalted Plains).
- A lot of ore is completely inside the terrain, but can be picked up. It can only be seen using search however.
One thing I would suggest that's not in the list:
- For crafting, it would be nice to be able to see if a piece of armor that your crafting has upgrade slots before you craft it. I've made a couple things thinking they were going to be awesome only to find I can't put any upgrades in them (maybe this is already in the game and I'm just not finding it).
- It would be nice if the crafting material could be sorted by tier rather than alphabetically.

Unable to load save game data. (Xbox One) Deluxe Edition.
I bought the deluxe edition and installed (Did not scan the Deluxe edition barcode). Created my character and played for about 20 hours. My daughter who is in college and also has an XBox One in her dorm and has the non deluxe version of DAI. She stopped by for Thanksgiving and synced her data and scanned the deluxe barcode while logged in as herself.
Since she is a member of my XBox Live Family plan I did not anticipate any issues, but now the only way for me to load any of my save games is for me to log her in to XBLive and then I can log in with my XBL account as well and load a save game.
It may not sound like a huge workaround, but it kinda makes her mad when I log her account in and it kicks her out of her XBL on her system and any game she may have been playing...
Please fix this ASAP, it is hugely annoying.

Hello to all forum!I have a strange and weird problem,after 3 hours of game the keyboard freez,and start to become unresponsive,sometime the ''w'' key,sometime the ''v'' and if i alt-tab and return to desktop this key won't work and sometime the left mouse button stop working,if i exit from origin and restart the game the bug is still here and i must restart the pc.Yersterday after this bug,i alt-tab the game and launch Skyrim,for see if have this problem and..was working without this bug,and when i have close and restart Inquisition the problem was gone.I have search and didn't found a solution,i have win 8.1,nitebook MSI GT72 ,all updated and appart this bug,the game run good in ultra setting full hd (no AA and tesselation in High) with 60 fps and 40 in the most caotic battle..Anyone have a suggestion??Thanks!!
I'm the ONLY with this problem??Nobody reply??I have found a work-around,when the problem coming,alt-tab the game,launch Skyrim(i don't know if work with other games)and exit,when return to Inquisition the problem is gone,work with the freez of mouse and keyboard..Nobody have this problem??Thanks to all forum

Tone= honest confusion.
What are you guys defining as "auto-attack" because if i want any of my characters to attack without my having to direct their every move, then i switch to tactical cam, tell each character who their targets are, unpause, Let her rip! I have their behaviors managed prettymuch the same, tactics are checked well enough that i only pause and direct AOE attacks, advance and hold movements( double click a location) and i like to manually (action cam)use some stealth maneuvers to get the best effect out of a string of abilities. Frankly, not just stealth, but i will pause and switch from character to character in tac cam and regularly assign target changes, because i dont always like who they pick to automatically attack and the tactics menu is too streamlined in that regard, but of all things i can easily get them to automatically attack!
