The times when i get slow down are within the first minute of starting the game ( little hitches) and when the game switches scenes or the location of everyone or a cinimatic there is some pop-in for the first second and then it smoothes out. But, i cap my framerate at 60 to reduce load and allow for that kinda stuff. Sice the human eye doesnt actually percieve frame steps above 60, and i have very human eyes, i don't need 120 frames persecond (im not pointing my finger, just explaining a philosophy). I think i may have vsync on as well, since some games use that to keep pace. Otherwise, i hope a fix is found for ya.
Oh and i havent made it quite as far as you so i suspect it may have to do with that. Also, a thing learned from too much skyrim, i occasionally delete older saves and make new saves rather than overwriting. This reduces the chances of a corrupted save. And i never use autosaves unless i have to.

i7 processor, 16gigs of ram, and a big fat AMD graphics card (factory overclocked and i keep it cold). It works pretty well.

There is auto attack. I still dont understand why people insist there is no auto attack.
Because auto attack only works in tactical mode, something you'll want to avoid unless you are a masochist.
3. Every once in a while I will spot enemies and attempt an attack, then find I'm out of range to use the spell I want. I will cancel the spell and move forward into range to launch the spell, and when I do I will suddenly be teleported back to the location I was when I first tried. At that point my NPC's are in combat though, and now suddenly I'm out of range to launch any spells to aid them.
Indeed, the game plays as if you're trying to connect to a server with really bad lag, which should probably not be the case for a single player game. Possibly related to the mechanism that saves you from drowning (i.e. the game keeps track of "valid" past positions, and for some reason mistakenly thinks that it has to reset you to an earlier location in these cases)

I do understand a lot of people prefer the WOW method of wsad movement, auto attacks, and never pausing. So yea, im comming around. Seems like they could make toggles for that in options with no small amount of programming. I wont use it though unless your talking abou Basic attack only. When i take control it's precisely because i want them to use abilities in an order or wait for one specific ability to cue up. Ok.
Still love that tac cam!

For some reason when I play a dwarf and start walking, the footsteps sound starts looping in a strange way as if I'm "galloping".
And ever since I noticed it I'm having a hard time playing my dwarf because it is so damn annoying!

I read to page 8 then i skipped the rest. BUT.. some minor bugs and programing errors
Programing bugs-
- Items are in the air, when fact that the item should have been on a table or on the ground.
- Swordcoast- sometimes the birds are sitting in mid air, not on a rock or on the ground
- When rogue use shadow strick and the enemy dies the gravity on that enemy just disappers and the enemy flies off into the air
- Sometimes the gaurds in (Skyfall) Skyhold glitch through the floor and suddenly jumps back up
- Finding 48 lost books refresh after leaving skyhold, so when your missing 10 you can just leave skyhold and come back and track down the once you found
before.
When you sneak by a dragon(not fighting or anything) the battle music starts and the dragon is just sitting there and you cant save or fast travel becouse it thinks your in a battle.
Beware the flying enemies that are floating in the middle of the air, to its defence it has only happened once
When entering a area, you see the models of your char,and your team just stand in mid air and gets dropped down at the begining in the camp.
Texts in stronghold still makes pinging sound even after you read them, also some other places where they do the same.
(alot of my other once where already on the list)
Model bugs:
- Cassandra torso is gone, you wont notice it if you dont look at it. I found this out after i visited Val R. in the cut scene cassandra was standing beside me and facing me, and i just saw this HUGE chunk of her was gone, under her armor. I think this have to do with a code that is not read so the body is not included,
or someone has animated her with the HIDE button on, sorry bad 3D Maya joke
Texture bug:
*MIGHT BE A SPOILER*
When you get the Nug mounts there is a STUPENDES Texture bug -----> Yes, once it is seen you can not unsee it--> And frankly even I would be ashame of this
YOU can see that the creator or team behind the mounts have made a novice mistake, it looks like they made a great texture but auto unwrapped the model,
so you can see the auto unwrap seam that goes around the Nug mount. Its like right in your face in the middle of the chest and all the way along the spine and back to the chest. It could also be a that they forgot to put on a seamless texture
IF Bioware or EA ever see this, YES, UV mapping is a pain in the ass thing to do manually, and yes, i am no expert, but i do study 3D and animation now.
And these i just discovered by accident.. i was not looking for them, they where just there in my face.

May have been reported elsewhere, but Solas' companion quest "What Lies Dormant" is not triggering. I think you need to activate 10 elven artifacts; I have definitely done that but the war room mission is not showing up.
Possibly related: his other companion quest, "All New, Faded for Her" doesn't appear in my completed quest log, even through I completed it.

Multplayer (and maybe single player) Bug.
The Katari passive Grisly Mutilation sometimes affects allies instead of enemies when procced, which as you may have guessed, is bad news indeed.

In Sahrnia, there's an exclamation mark that leads you into a room with a woman complaining about dropping something, and some sort of container on a table beside her. Despite the fact that "Examine" shows up when you mouse hover over the container, you can't do anything of the sort.
Emprise du Lion opened up for me at probably about level 7 or 8; I unlocked it at level 11 and went in. Everything was level 16--holy ****. I can defeat the isolated groups of 2-3 marksmen, 1-2 templars, and 0-1 lieutenants, but the marksmen one-shot my team for the most part (so I have to target them first). Is this area supposed to have such high-level enemies?

probably addressed so far but i haven't been able to find it so i'll just ask ... any idea if walking is possible on pc ? i see the control for running in settings, but it doesn't do anything, my character always runs. i think i read something somewhere a while back about this but can't remember if it's a bug, it's intended behavior or what the hell it is ... ( i assume it's not intended though, it would be kinda stupid ) ...

Not sure if I missed it in the list, but I had I really annoying bug four times in a row (playing on PC), When I was done creating my character the game bugged and let me controll the character in area where the first cutscene is. This happened to me four times in row, which meant that I had to recreate my character four times.

The game runs decent on my i3-4330 and HD7870 on high settings with DX11 but i would appreciate if we could play the game with Mantle instead to get a bit more performance. Right now the game isn't playable with Mantle on a HD7870. I hope there will be a patch for it right soon! Thanks !

I have the same bug where I cannot kill the Abyssal High Dragon in the Western Approach.
Health goes down to zero after a very long and hard fight, and then it just stands there and my characters react as if there is no longer a battle. Quest is still telling me to kill it.

Pretty messed up bug with Fade Shield (Passive perk Knight-Enchanter)
The barriers only generate if you show the damage output of that character. However this makes the game seriously unstable during good fights. Ended up NOT taking Viv anymore just to not have the damage shown for entire party.

Using Frost Step onto stairs or onto hills will often send you 180 degrees the other way. And that's very often a game killer on "Nightmare" mode.

A 'lazurite requisition' needing 20 lazurite (and 10 other) keeps resetting and made me 'loose' 60 lazurite already.

Has anyone had problems with a bug in "Love Waits" quest? My first playthrough, I met the mage first, then found his lover and completed the quest with no problem. This time, I found his lover before I ever met him, and when I went to where he usually is, he was nowhere to be found. The quest marker is out in the middle of nowhere and he's not there, either. Save/loading, quitting to main menu, and even quitting out of the game entirely is not fixing this issue.

Unless it's been mentioned before, for myself the game is absolutely unplayable on my laptop (SLI) when the Origin in-game overlay is enabled.
I'm not alone in regards to that issue, which seems to be either related to the horrible Denuvo DRM (which has been cracked already), or SLI.
Wish I could play this on my sig rig, but yea that's out of the question for another month and a half.

hey there!
i 've found some really annoying bugs in the chapter : champions of the just
my party is gone after i finished the "fade / dream sequence" and now i have to fight the envy demon alone ( which is not possible with a 2h warrior at lvl 8 )
the animations are static too after a while ....
i totally agree with your list so far, good work!
i hope that most of these things will be fixed ....
