So I just finished exploring all the areas save for one just to the bottom right. Its where the 4 quests for Varric where u have to destroy the red lyrium. Im assuming the dragon is there too as I didnt see it anywhere else. There is a cave marker on the map, but no entrance to said cave. Am I missing something?

Its not totally to the bottom left. Its to the left of the small grove camp, and north of the driftwood margin camp

Well yes, its the bottom left of the map, but the question still stands how do you get in there? I'm seeing the same thing, a closed off door and otherwise no obvious entrance.

Ive already done the Val Royeaux. I Thought  it was open now. No idea Where the Storm Coast is. I want to find Iron Bull.

 

Edit: Found it. But I seem to not be able to go back to Royeaux... I left straight after to find Dorian. Though I could pick up Vivienne late.r

Uh sorry, i was talking to OP

But anyway - to discover Storm Coast you need to do mission on war table, then you can access it from world map.

Around level 13- 15 you will get an operation to open the door in the war room, and then you can proceed into the cave.

what operation on the war table will open that cave?

The red templar operation right next to the marker. It's impossible to miss.
