Someone with a Prima guide told me Sera was easiest to romance with a Qunari, followed by elf and dwarf (tied) then lastly, an elf was most difficult.

Can anyone confirm that and/or if that is true of any of the other romances?

I don't notice the different. Most dialogue scenes are fixed. The only exception is race specific dialogue that give more or less affection.
