At the beginning of the tutorial there's bridge that collapses, and on the far side of it there's a piece of loot. Assuming that it was made pick-up-able so that someone could pick it up, I tried to get it as a matter of principle... But no luck so far.

Running on top of the parapet I made it to the far side of the collapse, and my toon fell onto the rest of the far side when the collapse occurred. But the cutscene kicked in and teleported her to the usual spot down below. There are several places that look like it might just be possible to get up there with a bit of artful hopping, but no luck there either.

Has anyone managed to grab that thing?

UPDATE: got it. A bit later - near the point where you meet the first couple of wraiths - you can double back and get all the way back to that side of the bridge. There are also some burning wagons with a small bit of loot on the way there.
