Ok, I'm going to be getting Inquisition tomorrow and I would like to know what the major/minor bugs are in the game so far and how to avoid/solve them if possible. I've seen a few threads detailing some of these but I feel it would be much easier to just have most of them listed so that I don't have to constantly go back and forth trolling through multiple threads. I'm striving to have a bug-free experience as much as possible with this game and I would much appreciate the heads up.

 

I'm on Xbox One, by the way, if that makes a difference.

The only bug with a workaround that I'm aware of (and it really isn't a proper "workaround") is the gender/species established for dialogue and story, which occasionally comes out with the wrong results (ie Qunari not being referred to as Qunari, or male characters being referred to as female characters.)

 

For this one, as I understand it, your only option is to start over. It appears that the bug(s) will either occur or not occur during the start of the game, and are set once you get going, so if you notice it early in your playthrough, you might want to start over right away.

 

I've also heard that "shuffling the cards around" during the character creation process can reduce the risk of the bug.
