My main character is almost level 4... Not a single companion has even hit level 2... They don't seem to be gaining xp at all. When I check out their skill trees, no points to spend. I know that not all characters will level up at the same time, but shouldn't they be gaining experience along with me since they're in my party?

A bug maybe? Thinking I may need to just start over and see if that fixes it...

That's a weird one. My problem has been with them leveling up without me noticing. Eventually I'll spot the faint arrow on their character portraits and do it, but I've not had trouble with them failing to level at all.
