I like the playstyle of the Artificer in general. I dislike rogues in general.
Otherwise, im a Reaver-train addict.

This is me too, exactly. The PC controls are an abomination and I found it maddening to stay flanking (which is of course just a guess because the game does not indicate when you are flanking) or even to stay in melee range. My targets were constantly running off towards the tank, leaving me hanging.
So I restarted as a Mage. It was better but still not what I was looking for. Restarted 2H Warrior...same feeling. I think my problem is that this game is just a bad port. I would have been happier getting it on the PS4 and playing it like the action RPG it is not the CRPG we were promised.
Yeah, I do not like consoles or gamepads in this day and age (not owned a console since ps 2) and I am also highly disappointed with the craptastic job they did porting this game to pc. Which is funny because DA:O had the opposite issue, was great on pc but sucked on console. Seems like bioware just can't make everyone happy. In any case, dual dagger rogues were always my favorite, and they are what I played as in part 1 and 2, but i just can't do it in this game. I spend time chasing my targets who keep moving around in spastic manners while also managing to hit everything behind them despite their animations showing them hitting only in a frontal arc, and yes there is no indication on whether you are getting a flanking bonus or not which is annoying on certain larger enemies with odd hitboxes like Dragons. My last playthrough was with reaver which is surprisingly fun since you sort of swing and hit whatever happens to be near ya, so positioning is obviously not an issue. You do good damage and the hits feel quite visceral. As for mages, I made the mistake of speccing into knight enchanter, it was quite boring. At no point did I feel challenged or in danger, it is a novel class idea but it should be toned down a notch. I hear good things about rift mages so will probably give them a go in my next game, that or perhaps a two hand templar.

I'm on my 4th playthrough, i've played as:
DW/Assassin Rogue
Rift Mage
Archer/Tempest Rogue
Necromancer Mage
I didn't play as a warrior because i wait for new sword and maybe new armor schematics (i'm not big fan of axes and maces).
In terms of fun as for now i would say that my number one is Tempest archer (i love FoL and FoF/Throwing Knives combo), but i also must say that i really enjoy playing as Necromancer/Winter mage, so these two are my most favourite as for now.

I love S&S warriors so much in this game. All the knockback and knockdown makes the abilities feel like they have a satisfying weight behind them. Plus I just like being hard to kill.
I enjoy the control the Rift Mage has as well.
I don't much enjoy rogues, but I rarely do in any game.

I am a tank at heart and I have to say that I'm really satisfied with the reactive way tanking was handled through Shield Wall and Combat Roll. My personal favorite is a Sword and Shield Templar since you can tank almost as good as a Champion in most situations but also dish out some amazing damage here and there through Wrath of Heaven + Spell Purge combo.

I was quite a fan of Assassins and Dual Daggers on my first playthrough. Loved being able to engage by running in, cutting everyone up, and then stealthing so my tank could get in and get aggro.

Far and away the Rogue. I haven't touched Artificer / Assassin that much, but playing as Tempest Archer is incredibly fun. Flask of Lighting alone is awesome (slow everything down like the Matrix). Rogues also have tons of mobility which makes things more active and exciting.
Mages just don't have the same variability to them anymore, I feel like they hurt the most from the 8 skills cap. I had so much fun in Origins having like 14+ spells on my bars and using my mages to control the entire battlefield with AOE and single-target spells, and always pausing to cast new stuff.
DPS Warriors just feel repetitive (if you're Reaver, there's no reason to use anything other than Dragon-rage spam for optimal damage), and I was never a fan of tanking.

So far, I've played as a Tempest dual dagger rogue and a Knight Enchanter mage, and I have really enjoyed playing as a rogue in general. I've always liked how fast rogues can be, and being able to flank enemies in stealth is the best, imo. And I've always like being the one to be in the front when it comes to fighting. I have dabbled in using a bow, and I found using archery to be fun as well.

Archer Artificer, 2H Champion, and Rift Mage are probably my favorite specs for each class.
To be fair, I haven't put much time into playing Necromancer or Templar yet. I'll get around to them at some point.

Can't really choose one, but the most fun I've tried across me and the followers has been Rift mage, Tempest or Artificer Rogue(both weapon types), Reaver (2h or SnS), or Knight-Enchanter (without all survival skill picks).
The most boring character was Knight-Enchanter (with all survival skill picks and/or not on Nightmare).

Tempest archer with leaping shot, usually straight into out of bounds and resetting dragon fights :/

DW rogue starting off - bleh
DW rogue after getting AOE daggers - awesome!
DW rogue after lvl 12 - BEAST
Archer rogue starting off - easy mode
Archer rogue after tempest spec - awesome!
Archer rogue after lvl 12 - BEAST
Mage starting off - can't move and shoot, support class, low DPS... boring!
Mage after getting KE spec - BEAST
Mage at level 16+ with KE spec - GODLIKE
2H warrior starting off - great fun until... archers grrr
2H warrior at level 12 - archers grrr
(Still have to finish one)
Knight Enchanter with versatile skills (not just spirit blade spam) is so fun to play, fade stepping everywhere, chain lightning everyone, CCing the most mobile enemies, aggroing all the ranged mobs, positioning yourself facing them and then killing melee mobs and lightsabering enemy projectiles back to themselves at the same time - WIN!

I really enjoyed played a sword and board warrior for my first playthrough, though it took some getting used to as I generally play more ranged characters and not tanks. My current character is a rift mage and I'm having more fun playing it. The class just suits my playstyle a bit better. I've respecced a number of times and still tweaking things, but no complaints at all.

DW Artificer or Crazy Ass Necromancer fearing then fade stepping into where they want to run away to and then nuking them for the thought.
