So, as you enter the room and cassandra rushes to daniel, loading screens appear during the conversation and you cannot click any answers to get past it.
i waited 20 minutes now and i think its crashed, so im kinda stuck here.
Part of the quest at caer oswin is bugged on pc.

OK, it does carry on, but i had to listen to the convo on a black screen and then wait like 20 minutes for it to load to let me choose answers, also you miss the entire cut scene.

I I had the same problem. The first thing I did is lower the graphics to low and reload the game. No problem this time.

This problem occurs if you enter the room from the left door. If you enter the room from the right door you will not have any problems.
