I have a laptop, it's not very easy to replace the graphics card on a laptop right?

I have a Dell  Studio 1555 right now.

On my old Dell XPS laptop I had a good graphics card, would it be possible to transfer graphics cards from the old laptop to this new one?

Hey guys, I just used "Can You Run It" and apparently my Graphics card passes both minimum and recommended, what doesn't pass recommended is my CPU. Think I might be able to run this game on at least Medium or maybe High texture?

You will be fine. You may have to drop detail and resolution settings but a 4570 can play the game.

The CPU will be plenty fast.

That's basically what I have, but with a 4870.

It's just about playing it at a decent detail level.

I can play ME1 on Ultra High (but the fan gets quite loud and the laptop gets quite hot) but really to at least play it on Medium is needed, high would be MUCH preferred.

Unfortunately my laptop definitely isn't upgradeable so I'm stuck untill I can afford to build my own PC.

Sorry, last time I ask, do you think it could run it on Medium?

Probably yes, but it might drop below what you would consider comfortable in terms of frames pr second.

Me1 and Me2 shares the same game engine - "unreal engine 3" But ME2 much more optimised, so it runs faster then ME1.
