So since I'm in Spain I got the game today and I've checked where to get the weapon and armor and the chest is not lootable for me. (Apparently they're in a chest when you wake up after the first boss).

Anyone know what i can do? Has anything been said about this?

*I've checked to see if it's installed, it says it is.

I had to tell my 360 to install it a second time.  My items showed up after that.
