Anyone know how to get those cool looking banners for when you're in lobby?

 

I've noticed a few players sporting them

Challenge Accepted:

 

Go to Prestige > Challenges, then check your challenges.  Certain challenge milestones (highlighted stars) will reward you with a banner, portrait, or title.  You can see what you've unlocked by scrolling through your challenges, moving your cursor to the star from a challenge you've completed, then clicking use banner/title/portrait.

The quninari does not understand the conflicts of lesser mortals.

Also is there am easy way for us to look through what we did unlock. I had a unlock but unless I look it up in challanges I can't find it. It would be nice to look and what we unlocked at the main screen so I can decide than what I want.
