For me, it's something ridiculously minor: I love the fact that a party member's exact movement path shows in tac cam. Makes it much easier to get people where they need to be without going through dangerous areas.
I used to have to pause frequently and do tiny micro-movements to guarantee people took the path I expected. Now, I know ahead of time if they'll try to take a funky path, and can adjust (or not) as needed.

I'm loving the world itself. It's so beautiful I find myself thinking "Ooh, pretty! What is that?!... Let's go over here now..."
And then I run into a bear... or some other thing that promptly hands me my a**. Or I get lost in the map. Any one got a ball of twine?

The characters. Sera is an absolute delight. I mean she makes me want to roll a female elf character just at that.

Bears.
One - not so bad. Challenging, and time consuming, but not so bad. But, BioWare's little twisted sense of sick humor almost ensures that there is never just ONE bear. No, no, no. There is always a buddy who just happens to be passing by and gets all upset that you have hurt his friend. You'd think a ratio of 2:1 would be a huge benefit in any battle, but not here.
The world is amazing, and I am having a great time exploring it. Jokes aside, I also really enjoy the fact that I cannot simply run into every situation with my sword drawn and expect to live through it. There are simply times when the best course of action is whatever course leads you as far from that situation as possible.
Like, three bears, as an example.

The reactivity in this game is amazing.
Your background? People talk about it. A lot. Much more than in Origins.
Build towers on the war table? You seem them in the game.
Hear stories about things dissapearing? Bring your evidence to a certain sneaky companion, without any prompt.
Take a strong point? Blow a horn and have allied soldiers move in.
Spec for knight-enchanter? Mage companions talk about it.
Make a big story decision? The plot definitely shifts to accomodate it.
Party banter concerns your PC? You can probably chime in. Or a third companion will deliver a reaction, perhaps.
This is the Bioware game that reacts the most to your choices I've even seen. It's Witcher 2 or Fallout New Vegas-like in quality in this regard, which I think is high praise indeed. Very, very pleased with the roleplaying aspect in Inquisition.

Lol, I was going to write the same thing.
So, first- Dorian
Then- a little thing. I'm pleased with the footsteps sound. I'm playing with headphones on, and this sound is really... relaxing. Besides, I like skill sounds, especially mage skills. It's like music for my ears.
And of course I like everything else about this game, but I've never seen anyone mention sound design, so here it is.

The scenery.
The music.
The range of dialog options, and the way it refers back to my choices from the custom load in the keep, pretty well so far.
I'm playing a dalish mage, and I can already foresee multiple playthroughs because I can't freaking decide which companions i want to have come along-i want them all. lol

I agree, the sound design is amazingly complex and dynamic. That does lead to an occasional glitch, but wow, i really do feel like I'm exploring a new world.
That occasionally pops helpful text at me... ahem, so much for immersion. /niggle

Absolutely agree. Conversations feel more give-and-take, not just me constantly asking questions, but through dialogue I get to decide my personality, background, opinions, relationships...its wonderful.
Other than that, man I love Solas. I think I'm going to roll an elf instead of dwarf next play through, just to romance him.

I was so happy to hear people talk about Queen Anora (multiple times, so far!) and even about Loghain's status with the Wardens.
I also have yet to hear Leliana mention adventuring with the Warden, which is cool - my canon warden never met her.

Ambient soundtrack while exploring/doing nothing is good and varied, but where the OST really shines is during story-specific segments. Epic, tear-inducing, unnerving, and all other emotions under the sun!

Another gorgeous thing about the game-the codex artwork. Absolutely freaking spectacular. I love that the character categories, for example, are portraits, etc.
And beautifully done to boot.
