Hey guys, extreeemely epic game this, despite the flaws with controls and such. 

Anyways, i'm really confused about the blizzard spell. 

How do i properly toggle it off?

Every once in a while, it just wont stop being red, and wont allow me to throw a new one. 

Any ideas, or is this a bug?

I'm having the exact same problem. Can't make heads or tails of it. There's no information on how to toggle the spell on or off.

Getting it to work some of the time, works best if i toggle it off before runnin out of mana, that seems to be the issue. 

That when left on, and you run out of mana, it´s keeps looking like it´s toggled on.

I'm having this issue as well, and as Nomonk says, it seems to be connected to letting your magic pool die while blizzard is active.

 

For what it's worth, the AI seems to handle this issue somehow, such that when your active character is not the mage with blizzard active when their magic pool is emptied, blizzard won't get into this state. This is an adequate workaround for me, for now. At least the spell isn't completely unusable.

Just cast it again on any area. Yes, very strange toggling off, but it work =)
