I made some upgrades to Bianca. I then went to the weapon stand to perform the actual upgrade but Bianca doesn't appear. I guess that I am missing something obvious and was hoping someone could clue me in.

Yeah had same problem, figured out you have to unequip her first.

Upper right corner you can scroll through characters, pick Varric and Bianca will be there

Yeah had same problem, figured out you have to unequip her first.
Posts like this are one of the reasons why I made the thread that I linked! Nothing has to be unequipped to be modified!

Is this window for upgrading with characers on RH side for the PC cos I cannot se any characters on mine. I see the various weapon types but thats all. I have slots that say Empty on the schematics for the Bianca Masterwork Grip, and Arms. What goes in them? If it's not listed how can we know when we have all the mats to do the upgrade? I have 1 Empty on the Grip but have Bear hide, (need 1 more bear) Canine Leather Druffalo hide. 2 Empty on the Arms but I have Blue Vitriol (need 9 more, Drakestone and Iron, so what are the 2 Empty for, anyone know?

You could just switch to Varric from the upgrade menu instead of unequiping his weapon.
