I'm pretty new to the Dragon Age franchise. I'm currently level 5, questing in the hinterlands. I was wondering though. Are you supposed to complete everything in the hinterlands before moving on to the next area? I noticed  there's a dragon in the hinterlands that has alot of level 14 Dragonlings around. Am I supposed to get to 14 in the hinterlands or go to other locations to level up a bit and just jump around that way? I have 10 power points to use now which kinda leads to my next question. The map on the war table. When I clicked on hinterlands the first time it brought up several cards that were locked out. What do the other card options do?
