It says to bring a "Felandaris" to the location on the map. What is it and where do I get it?

See http://forum.bioware...er-from-a-lover- felandaris was a crafting ingredient from previous games, but like others I haven't yet been able to find any in the Hinterlands and suspect this might need to be revisited later in the game.
