I was in the process of making my custom world state when the page refreshed automatically and now I keep getting an error saying "Oops, an error occurred: please refresh the page and retry." I've tried refreshing the page, clearing the cache (and browser data, cookies, etc), opening a new web browser, and even logging into a different origin account. When I opened the dev console on google chrome I get the following error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) https://dragonagekee...m/api/hero/list

Is anyone else having this problem? If so, does anyone have a possible solution?

Has everyone (aside from OP) tried clearing their cache? If you haven't - please do. If it doesn't work, let me know in this thread, please.

Thanks!

Ive tried tried on multipe browsers. Incognito mode on Chrome. Everything. My wife is able to log in and do things just fine. She logs out and I log in the issue is there. I feel like its not a browser issue but something wrong with my account. I created a random email and created a second origin account. It worked fine. I linked my Xbox One account to the new account that was working fine and the moment I did the issue returned.

3days now and still not working, i have tried on 2diffrent browsers on ipad, IE on xbox one and on my pc. Keep worked fine on 20th november (got the game on 21st) so im pretty sure the problem isnt on my end. its the tapestry section and world states section on the keep that wont work at all, i can randomize and import from the small tab on the right tho. Atleast one other guy here mentioned that he/she is playing on xboxone, i am playing on xbox one also so maybe it only affects xbox linked accounts? sounds very wierd i know but thats the only connection here i can think of since not everyone is having this issue. maybe the data the game sends on keep from xbox?

I am also having this issue! Everything worked fine until Thanksgiving (US). Since then I have cleared my cache, used different browsers, nothing works. in the console there is a GET posted to this url: https://dragonagekee...laythroughs/allthat returns with a 500 Internal Server Error.

Yes Renata i have cleared the cache tried different computer multiple browsers, but ever since I linked my keep account with my xbox one I have been unable to load anything in the keep. I know it is not my computer because I created a new account for the keep and was able to use it just fine, then I linked it to my xbox and the same thing happened imediately

I'll paste what I wrote in the other post as an update:

Yes, we've finally found the problem and are working on fixing it. It took a while because we haven't been able to reproduce the issue on our side, but thanks to the info we received from all of you, we've managed to pin it down.

Look for updates on this in the near future! :)
