I was in the process of making my custom world state when the page refreshed automatically and now I keep getting an error saying "Oops, an error occurred: please refresh the page and retry." I've tried refreshing the page, clearing the cache (and browser data, cookies, etc), opening a new web browser, and even logging into a different origin account. When I opened the dev console on google chrome I get the following error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) https://dragonagekee...m/api/hero/list

Is anyone else having this problem? If so, does anyone have a possible solution?

Is the Keep working correctly for you now?

Has everyone (aside from OP) tried clearing their cache? If you haven't - please do. If it doesn't work, let me know in this thread, please.

Thanks!

I'll paste what I wrote in the other post as an update:

Yes, we've finally found the problem and are working on fixing it. It took a while because we haven't been able to reproduce the issue on our side, but thanks to the info we received from all of you, we've managed to pin it down.

Look for updates on this in the near future! :)

Expect some news on this a bit later today. Sorry about the delay, everyone! This is a pesky bug indeed.

Update; you should be able to access the Keep without getting the error now. If you're still encountering this, please try clearing your cache. If that still doesn't work, please PM me so we can look into it further :)
