1 how do i upgrade weapons and armour, as in how do i put on the sturdy Bianca grip,

2 how do i upgrade attributes, i levelled up 6 times and i can't put points in to them, and i don't see them levelling up

You can upgrade weapons and armor at the blacksmith. There are separate work stations for everything, one for crafting weapons, one for upgrading weapons, one for crafting armor, one for upgrading armor.

You don't get attribute points at level up. I believe there are some abilities that will add to one or two attributes when you select them.
