so i pre-ordered and got the flame pack....I started a game (have yet to get weapons) and noticed i messed up in dragons keep. I made some changes so my question is, if i restart the game and load in the new dragons keep will i still get the fire weapons? or is it a one time thing (i.e only on one playthrough)

No its a dlc items ao it should be in ever game you make just like all other DA games. And you get then after you wake up from being asleep from closing the breach the first mission heavens wrath or something like that. You will get your weapon after that mission.
