I'm in the upper markets of Val Royeaux (sorry if the spelling is wrong) and I absolutely CANNOT find the last Red Jenny glove! The little circle of direction that's supposed to lead me there is acting 100% random. Help!

Fast travel to the upper markets via the big blue doors in the main square. At the map, choose the upper floor. The quest tracker will appear on the map, and you can choose to fast travel to the door that is closest to it (on the south western balcony).

What they said. This one's not bugged, it's just tricky; it requires paying literal attention to the in-game hint for accessing the Upper Market.
