It's a quest I found in the hinterlands. It says something about bringing felandaris to the tree on a hill? Is that a person or an item or...?

Also got this one in my quest log, and while I remember felandaris/demon weed as a crafting ingredient from previous games I haven't been able to find any in DA:I to date. Unless there's something I'm missing, I suspect this quest needs to be revisited later in the game when (presumably) a source of this ingredient will unlock somewhere.

You can find Felandaris in Emprise Du Lion.
I've found plenty in/around Suledin Keep and Highgrove Camp (..I think. I can't exactly remember).

 

Plus, after you unlock that region, you get a resources war room map marker thingy where you can send someone in to collect herbs for you.
