Please god no. Modern Warfare is by no means Realistic. MW is like a playable hollywood movie. ARMA is realistic hell I'd call it a simulation. From my infantry experience in the Army. MW is not realistic.Tirigon wrote...

Counter strike equally sucks. Crysis and Modern Warfare are much more believable, and realistic. Good stories to boot.
Crysis is cool in the beginning, but when you have to fight the aliens it´s boring........... And the story comes nowhere close to Halo.
Modern Warfare is probably the most realistic shooter, but.... boring as hell:(

Just adding a few things:
Dunno about you guys but I facerolled ME1 with immunity.
MC got overload shiez as well so no advantage for tech Shepard.
I biotic wouldn't kill MC, just send him flying really far away. MC returns, same thing happens; shepard is rested (takes a while to run back) send him flying again. just repeat until MC says **** it.
Let's not forget that they are in different universes with different tech.

Now, Operation Flashpoint 1, ARMA, SWAT4, etc. those are tactical and realistic. (Sort of.)

...I can't take you seriously now. Sorry. Halo isn't even remotely close to Crysis or MW.
MW takes far, far more skill than Halo by the way. I played Halo multiplayer, and it was just silly.
Halo sucks in Multiplayer, but at least the Singleplayer is fun. MW sucks in both.
And it´s easier, with exception of ONE mission. Just get a nice machine gun with laser and you can headshot everyone without even trying. MW is very much for noobs, because with a little experience it´s boring even on highest difficulty.
Crysis, well. I don´t know if the story is good or not, I can´t remember it. It was just too boring.

At least MW has no plasma weapons, portable Nukes and the likes of that. And you die quite fast when you get shot.

Try Hidden and Dangerous 2 on hardest difficulty. 1 **** up and 3 hours of tactical planning is wasted.

Oh, just to be clear, Mass Effect Universe > Warhammer 40.000 Universe > Halo Universe, love all three but that's just how it goes for me... regardless I'd say Spartans are superior.
Actually marines are increidbly nimble in their Armor and without, they know dozens of Martial arts, their basic infantry weapon is basically the equivelant of a assault rifle that shoots rocket propeled grenandes. Their bones are virtually metal, their ribs have fused creating natural plating to stop small arms rounds, they can't be dissorientated at all, have incredible eye sight, can't be blinded in armor or deafened. Their saliva is ascidic so they can chew through metal, they can't be poisoned and can even store poison to be spat at their enemies. They are virtually immune to radiation and can breath toxic gas/liquid, immune to disease. These are just a small fraction of their abilities. Merely to get selected to becomes a marine involves going through a hell worse than any spartan or N7 training. They can go without sleep for months. Can't die from bleeding out etc. Also they can't feel fear at all.

For the Creation, daily life (when not fighting) and equipment of a marine.
So basically Marines make every other sci-fi soldier yet concieved look like a bunch of little girls. So basically:
Marines own Master chief and Master chief own Soldier shepard.
Marines can also be librarian which means you have all the above including Psychic powers drawn from Hell.
Biotic shepard or maby even tech shepard would take down Master chief.
But as always remember - The real heroes of Warhammer 40000 are the Imperial Guardsmen. I quote:"Never forget you are the walls of steel and iron, between Mankind and a
thousand horrors too unspeakable to name. You are the walls of Hell."

"You're a bit late, don't you think?".
But yes... I pretty much regret that I typed that just as I did. Because shortly thereafter I realized Space Marines are in fact a lot more agile... but I was thinking too much of the Dawn of War gameplay where they are incredibly sluggish.
A Space Marine would most likely win from both of them in a fair fight. No doubt.
But we've already been over that!
And the real heroes of Warhammer 40,000 are the Adeptus Mechanicus. You'd be nowhere without them!
