I've encountered a pretty big bug (Everyone in the hair has metallic grey hair, I've found no fix so far.) and I can't play the game anymore without the experience being totally ruined. Its way to distracting: Anyone without "stubble" hair is affected.

What do I do? Is there someone I should contact or just hope someone has found a solution already? It occurred WHILE I was playing I think, its not like I entered the game and it started. It was during the Orlesian Ball mission, no spoilers.
