This is actually the default male character. You just need to change the hairstyle and there you go.

Pretty much.
Although I think one can improve on it. Default kind of has monkey ears. Adjust the ear size to the left a bit.

Yeah this should be easy really. I see this style of character almost more than any other. And it's understandable why; this hair style is the most attractive. That's not saying much because most of the styles are horrific.

Head 1 default, just change the hair style and it should be right as rain, I like it personally, the lip shine is a bit much though.

Huh, go figure, I was trying to hard to recreate this look and it was just male preset one the whole time. Maybe it's the difference between the CC and actually in-game but I always assumed that the trailer Inquisitor was a heavily modified Male preset 1.
