I just finished what pride has wrought, and have nothing to do afterwards. There is nothing at the war table, and I saw a flash at the top of my screen to judge Samson, but I cannot. I also did the whole fade thing with kieran, morrigan and flemeth.
I'm about 30 something hours into the story and would like to avoid restarting if possible. Is there something I missed? Thanks.

Nevermind, I fixed it through very bizzare circumstances.
When I left the fade, I never received a cutscene; which I thought was weird. I noticed that the Orlesian Ballroom quest never marked as finished in my log (even though it was finished everywhere else, and was recognized by everything other than my log). I did Dorian's quest several hours later (as well as the judge samson war table thingy which I found), which for some reason unlocked the cutscene of us coming out of the fade, even though I had returned a long time ago.
Somehow, the companion quest finished my main quest which was never marked off as fully completed and allowed me to progress; as well as triggered the chantry's divine quest chain.
