Ok, this is getting really frustrating. I have scoured this entire zone for the past 2 hours, and I simply cannot locate the 5th landmark. There is nothing else for me to uncover on the map, and the only thing that is inaccesable is that cave/door at souther end of the coast that doesn't open.  I have the following: Morrin's Outlook, Morrin's Steps, The Stone Tree, and Lyrium Falls. I have NOTHING else that I can do in Storm Coast besides finding the 5th landmark, and I would really prefer to have it before moving on.  Does anyone happen to know where the final location is at?

I am also having this issue. Also, is there a hidden rune somewhere in the map? You receive veilfire in Lyrium Falls and i scoured the entire cave area and found nothing, then learned that this veilfire can be taken out of the cave. So is there a rune somewhere in the Storm Coast?

Have you been in the dwarven fortress or whatever that thing with the closed door in the North of the zone is? My guess is that it's in there. But I've not been in there yet, so don't take my word for it.

I have been there, but unable to get inside. I too was wondering about that Veilfire torch, but have yetto figure it's use out as well.

Lyrium Falls grab Fire run back past the Rift orb towards front of cave. Right side up on rock second(?) cubby in from cave opening as running back to it you will find rune.

Late in the story you enter in that cave in south, and maybe the 5º landmark will be there.
