I'm just wondering how often does the Specialization Targets spawn?

 

I'm still working on Specialization quest but have not finised it yet because the Spawns I need to kill for my 3 items are rare spawns (aka Mini-boss that will rarely appear at all.)

 

It starting to becoming annoying how long I have to wait just to get 1 spawn and chance to drop 1 item.

You, what, have to farm a rare spawn for it's rare drop? Looks like complaints about is "being like an MMO" had some ground under them.

I've played MMOs with rare spawns so I know what they are like.

 

I'm just asking how frequent these rare spawns will spawn and where they are located.

 

Hunting in Crestwood isn't a joy ride when all I run into is wolfs, a few templars, and some bandits.
