I pre-ordered the deluxe version, and after re-installing it to try to get rid of some of the problems I was encountering like stuttering. I lost access to the flames of the Inquisition items. I dunno about the other stuff as I haven't got there yet, but I definately can't get the weapons or armor for Flames of the Inquisition. Anyone else have any problems like that?

 

Edit: Any advice on how to get the items back would be appreciated. Hopefully there is a way. Nevermind thanks to some lovely people. Problem fixed. Consider this thread closed.

When you are in origin and you right click the game and you select "game details" you end up in a new menu.

When you scroll down there do you see the option to download?

Go to account management, and there should be an option to show things you've downloaded.  Just redownload them from there.  If it's not there, then there's an option in the playstation store that does the same thing.

On Xbox but will try the equivalent for Xbox.
