it amuses me when people believe a game can be tested on every possible PC configuration out there

From what I hear, the keyboard and mouse controls are a train wreck on every PC configuration.

So my suggestion to all is..... BE PATIENT AND WAIT FOR THOSE PATCHES TO ARRIVE!

PATCHES DON'T ALWAYS FIX GAMEBREAKING BUGS OR IMPROVE PERFORMANCE.

 

If I preordered a $60 game along with a $30-50 season pass, I expect a quality product at launch, not some bloody mess that's borderline unplayable like Assassin's Creed Unity.

Some games are meant for console and from the gameplay, some of us speculated early that Bioware made the game in mind, once again for consoles.

The inevitable failure to release a game in polished condition these days is why I wait for patches before playing, so my experience is better than that of people who rush to be the first on their block to have played it. Less stress = live longer!

Expecting a game to more or less work? Thats like buying a car and expecting it to drive it during the first month, only a whiner would complain about such a crazy expectation. Its not like EA is loaded with the sort of money to check for bugs prior to release.
