I have a quest that appears on the right side of my screen under the main quest that I have active called Find a missing key. However I can't find this quest in my journal? How do I get rid of this?

I've got the same issue. The quest is found in the Winter Palace, during "Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts" -- I assume that, because it was active when the Winter Palace became unavailable, it just never removed the "active" flag. For some reason, the other incomplete quests do show up in the "Completed" section of the Journal (such as Throwing Away Money or The Great Blackmail Hunt), but this one doesn't.

 

I assume this is a glitch? Either way, it's really irritating. :/ The quest is completely uncompleteable, so there should be some way to remove it from the log.
