Particular the Farmland Security ,where I placed all the recommend Watchtowers. Bron won't accept the turn in. There was also the Templars to the West quest which won't progress regardless how many times I walk back and forth through the encampment. These bugs are very frustrating as they block advancement. Any way around them? Any patches on the way?!

Hm, for Farmland Security you actually have to go back to Haven, find the wartable and issue an order to have the towers built.

I'm not entirely sure but I think the templar quest is similar. It opens up a new location/mission on your world map.

Are you sure you're not talking about the wartable mission that opens up a location in Storm Coast?

I had the same problem, but I've found a way to retrigger it. You need to go back to Haven and then return. Now, the encampment in the castle is live again. However, if you plucked them off at range without them triggering their own attack and then planted the flag, you might have to reload. Not sure about that one.

I can confirm that the Farmland Security one does require you to go back to the Wartable and send out Forces (..I believe) to actually construct them!

Farmland, yes. Templars, no.

Make sure you explore further "off the beaten path" to find the actual templar encampment.  The description says "along the west road" but this is misleading.  The questline trigger itself is off to the left in a fairly hidden area.

Spoiler

Kind of strange. As said, done it multiple times, all the same way. This time, it just doesn't want to finish. It's up to the point where there's no Templars around anymore, just Mages.

Did you get to the tent all the way in the back where the lone Templar stands?

And yeah, it is to the left, off the beaten path there, up the hill a bit.  Sorry, I don't know how to hide spoilers.

Yeah, done that.

You hide spoilers like so: (spoiler) hidden text (/spoiler)

Replace the parentheses with square brackets.

Okay, I've reloaded yet again, and now it triggered correctly. Still curious about the OP though.

Dragon, thanks for sticking in there! I did think the flag was the trigger, but it is the camp itself.
