I'm loving the game so far, and I wanted a nice dragon throne in skyhold. But there's no option to upgrade my standard edition to the deluxe edition. I spoke with an origin representative and they said the upgrade would be available, yet I don't see it, anyone has an idea when it will appear?

I have no inside information, but that usually doesn't happen for awhile, if ever.

Has happened for recent games from EA, also waiting for this but unless it's released by monday I probably won't be throwing any more money at EA since that's when I'll start my "real" playthrough after hundreds of remakes of my faces!

It'll be a delayed release - they want to encourage people to buy the upgraded editions then once sales fall of it get's released as DLC.

That's a pretty stupid way of doing it since by then a lot of people will have finished the game and won't care at all about the deluxe stuff.

I wanted to upgrade to the deluxe edition prior to launch, but they did not and still don't offer a digital upgrade. I'm not going to buy the game a second time (though I would have gladly paid that price for one copy now that I know how amazing it is).
