I find it all clunky and horrible to use, can't tell at a glance which items in the inventory I have equipped and to whom, without going over all the items in the list.
Zoom the camera out too much with the mousewheel to get a nice overlook and you enter tactical mode which pauses the game.
Activating shieldwall to absorb hits and then attempting to walk backwards to keep enemies from trying to flank while keeping the shield up, causes the character to turn his or her back towards the enemy, making the skill pretty much useless.
