I've been running around for ages trying to get to the NE area of Exalted Plains, where the last camp is. I have rebuilt the bridge in the war room, but that NE area seems inaccessible. There is no flag or anything that I can see to complete another operation at the war table. Anyone got there and can help? Thanks.

There is one more operation you can get on the War Table to clear the path through a blocked tunnel that goes into that area. You first need to unlock that operation just like you did with the bridge one(think it need 4 power). THe exact location can been seen in this video.
