I was really disappointed to not find any pre-order bonus content with my order for DA:I. After contacting the store I bought it from, it told me that the pre-order bonusses were not included for the Dutch packages... Seriously, wtf?! I pre-ordered back in June, after being already very, VERY disappointed that I would not be able to get the IE OR the physical Deluxe Edition, and now I am even denied any pre-order bonus?! What is this? 
No pre-order bonus?

That's pretty lousy. Maybe try contacting EA to see if they can help? I hope the store was wrong because if they've really excluded Dutch players from pre-order bonuses that's seriously not cool.

It doesn't even make sense since the bonus codes are inside the case - unless they manufactured a special batch for some countries.

I called the EA helpdesk... their anwer: "If it isn't in the case, you won't get it. The contents may very per county and retailer.'
I'm going to sit in a corner now and cry

If you ordered standard edition, there aint no code in the case i think, i ordered mine of Amazon an they sent me email with code for dlc weapons

How was it advertised in your country and at that retailer? I don't know the laws there but you may have a cause of action if there was false advertising.

It didn't mention it separately, but hey, with the large letters on the DA website 'Pre-order now for the bonuses!!!!'... how am I supposed to know they exclude some countries? I have never been excluded for pre-order bonuses before...

Same here, I had no clue I was getting the code via email though. Only by chance I'd checked my email too, otherwise I'd be expecting it in the case.

You have to always read "the small print". Tat's what it is all about in marketing, not to lie directly but to not to show the truth.
They stated it vary per country (single *)

but company selling the product should make a detailed list of what they are selling to whom. Practices like this pi...s me to no ends.
You got tricked by their marketing, be careful next time.
