I just did all the quests that the Dalish camp to the left side of the camp had for me, according to my guide that should give me full approval with them for the next line of quests but it's the tiniest bit short.  Is this a bug?

I also have problems with this quest. I found 3 bear hides but it writes that there is 0 of them and basket is inactive.

Did you finish the quest "A well stocked camp?" Also you can get less approval depending on how you do certain quests for them.

You nead "Greater Bear Pelts" and not "bear hides".

You need Greater Bear Pelts. You can find them in the Emerald Graves, the NE portion of the map.

If you pillage their tomb and do not respond positively to their dialogue options it might be possible that you're stuck with less than full approval.

But I'm not completely sure, I pillaged the tomb and barely got their approval to max out.

I'm also having problems with it.  I seem to have the approval as the Keeper or whatever the head guy is called said Loranil can join the inquisition and the quest says I've done the rest and all taht is left is I have to talk to Loranil, but when I do I have no options apart from the "Goodbye" one.  I did talk to him before I talked to the head guy about joining, so maybe the order I did it in has stuffed things up.

Gonna be pissed if I finally get them damn bear pelts and because of looting the tomb before I talked with these guys I don't get max rep and can't recruit this guy

Worked for me. Did the quests except for the bear pelts.

Stuck as well.

I did all the material requisitions, brought back the Hall without harm, killed demons in the cemetary, without opening any grave, found the  brother's body and his amulet, but still am below requirement for Loralin to join Inquisition (approval bar is almost complete but apparently not sufficient).

I went to Emerald Graves, having read that there was some way there so upgrade reputation, but stuck as well, since Dalish don't propose any quest there.

I think the bug is triggered when returning to the sister and validating directly both amulet and brother's body (didn't have approval rising after completing), so, ...basically stuck now :(

I have one point of contention with this quest:  As a Dalish, you start out with negative points in Wicked Hearts, but you don't get any kind of bonus for this quest as a Dalish, I don't even think they acknowledge it aside from one line of dialogue, just "You are of the people, that's good, but we still don't trust you,"

If you have done all of the rest and nee more Dalish approval, you have to find the tomb of the Emerald Knights in Emerald graves, get through that one, then give the records you find to Keeper Hawen.

But to get access to the Emerald Knights tomb, apparently, I need to get Dalish approval... (the dalish in front tells me I'm not entirely trusted yet...)

That's actually because it's for a main storyline quest.

ok, thanks. I'll try to advance main story then, that should do the trick since my approval line seems pretty close to the end.
Thanks for the tip :)

You need the clan's approval to kick off the glyph quests which leads to the Lost Temple of Dirthamen. Interesting lore wise and there's a nice shield if you kill the boss but not important.

Just wanted to say part of this quest - getting Lorinal to join the Inquisition as an agent - is definitely bugged for me.  I have Dalish approval (I've completed the quests that follow) but when I speak to Lorinal, I only get a 'goodbye' option.

Annoyingly, when I initially spoke to him, the convo did have an option to saying something like 'Your keeper has agreed to your joining the Inquisition' (or something like it) but he walked away from me, the convo ui disappeared and, when I caught up with him, that option had gone.

Quest seems to be stuck in my journal now (along with 'Find a Missing Key' btw.)

To clarify, you don't need the clan's approval to start the glyph quests, I found 3 of them before I found the clan.  Perhaps to find the fourth, I can't say.  For me, the biggie was getting the agent and opening up trade.  Though I still can't afford those sexy Keeper robes.  :(
