If you havent pre-orderd the game at retailer you can try buying the game on Origin. If its delayed for your country too in Origin then try using VPN and try to get the game at UK version of Origin.

I get how it's annoying to be behind in release dates based on location (trust me I know all about it, mini-country here with only 5 million people), but at least you can buy the game soon - In India they are not so lucky, Inquisition has been removed from sale due to obscenity laws.
