I forgot the place's name, at work right now, is the bog area, the last requisition (I hope) could not complete due to the mising Fereldan Tome, is it a monster drop or loot?

Are you doing "Artifact requisition in the Mire"? If so, I've found the tome Southwest of Old Thoroughfare Camp, just go south in between the two beacon. Where did you find the 'Ferelden Medallion of Service'? I just cant find it. Cheers

 

-Update:And it turn out some undeads near the third beacon drop it as well.

I'm still searching for the Tome.  But I happened to actually get a Medallion on the Storm Coast.  I am starting to believe some of the Requisition requirements are random drops.

I have no idea how I got the Medallion, I just turned the requisitions one after another after clearing the whole map then I found out there`s one item missing for the last one.
