I'm in Skyhold.I loot the chest with the spacial delivery and game says i got whole arsenal, but there's nothing in my inwentory? 

Any idea what's wrong?

How do I even get to the merchant and the special delivery area in Skyhold. Its on the third level but I can only get to level 1 and 2

The merchant area is in the courtyard near the stables. The special delivery area is in the Undercroft. You get to it by a door near the throne.

Hmmm I have been to both areas. I will have to check again. Those areas are on the 2 and 3 Level on my map. There is another lower level (not the prison cells), which seems to be below the undercroft and stables arez.

I think you're mistaken about something. On your map level 1 is called "Upper courtyard", it has the throne room, war room and the areas where Varric,Solas,Dorian and Leliana are. Level 2 is called "Lower Courtyard" it has the courtyard area where Cassandra is, the quartermaster, the inn with party members, the stables and the shop area. And level 3 si called the "Undercroft" it has just the undercroft. I'm not sure which other area you are talking about.

Thanks.. I finally got it. Apparently I am more than a bit slow tonight.LOL
