Morrigan loved a woman, and had a child with her... apparently.

I say again, the latest patch fixes these problems.  Is it not approved yet by Sony and Microsoft?

People say the latest patch fixes this, but it totally doesn't. My game started after patch 2, my city elf romanced morrigan, they didn't have a child, and she maintains she loves the warden and they did. Also, my warden was abandoned by her in the final battle, and he stabbed her at the eluvian... so... yeah, kind of a huge failure in terms of my storyline.

Well, then you should report it to Bioware, and be sure to include what platform you play on... Especially because it's a lot easier to patch the PC than the consoles.  Game companies have FULL control over the PC software, they do not with consoles.

For example, I remember a bug with Knights of the Old Republic where if Mission was stealthed when she opened the prison cells, she would remain so until you regained control of her (and you can't keep her at that point, it's part of the story that she heads back to the ship).  6-8 hours later you enter a cutscene where she's still invisible and if Carth doesn't have high enough perception to see her, he can't deliver his line.  It's a strange, strange bug that was fixed on the PC but was not fixed on the consoles because it was impossible to do so.

I am not aware if this Morrigan bug is such a bug as that, but it's possible.  So, I really hope it isn't.

Does anyone know if this is still happening on PC after Patch Three?

(I'm holding off on starting my third game because of this. Although I guess I have at least until I finish the Grim Fandango remaster that's out in a couple of days, so it's not that urgent.)

I didnt see it happen in my game when I went back and talked to Morrigan on the character that had the problem originally (and which I had loaded a previous save and avoided talking to her unless I HAD to by story)... She said that the Hero of Ferelden was a friend of hers, but that they had a "falling out" (thought that was a tacfful way to say "That ***** stabbed me!" LOL) then mentioned that if I really wanted to find her... go ask Leliana.  So then I did, and Leliana gave me the "Find the Hero of Ferelden" mission.

Oh wow, imagine if this were true. Then everytime someone tries to defend their position that marriage should only be between a man and woman, you could just point out that two women are perfectly capable of reproducing by themselves.
