So I got Dragon Age for the PS3 and I was told that the code would work to get it's ME2 counterpart despite being on the 360 right.
So anyways if that is indeed the case my question is like this. My PSN email is different from the email I use on my Gamer Tag and after I accidentally clicked redeem code from the Mass Effect 2 site it said that the email had to be the same (or something).
My question is, is there anyway for me to get the Dragon Age Armor without creating a new account or should I create a new account using the same email as my PSN and if the answer to my question is the latter then if I get the Dragon Age Armor from that account will it be available on my other accounts.
Email questions...

The Blood Dragon armor is attached to your EA account, not your PSN ID. What you do is attach your gamertag and PSN ID to the same EA account, and you should be golden. My EA account and gamertag have different email addresses associated with them, and it doesn't matter (Don't have a PSN ID, but I can't see how it would be any different).
If you log into your EA account at ea.com, you can see the 'personas' attached to it, and you can attach new ones, like your gamertag and/or PSN ID.
You can also check to see if the items are added properly to your EA account by checking this link:
http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
Hope that helps. If not, I'd suggest contacting EA Support to get them to help you sort it out.

I have run into the same situation.
I have linked my main account with my Xbox Live GamerTag and my EA ID, but I am still not getting the code items that I mistakenly placed on my other account (which is also linked to my EA ID)
Any other ideas or am I SOL to using my Promo code on my Xbox?

Archeronx1: Sounds like you need to contact EA Support to see if they can move your code from one account to the other.

trick: have tried that, they claim it is unable to be done.
I think it's more unwilling rather than unable...
I would think for the amount I paid for Collectors Edition, they would at least try to be more helpful.
Going to try moving over my EA ID and see if that works.

I am not sure how many people can see this but I just want BioWare to help me
I bought Mass Effect 2 far and square, I bought the dlc far and square, why can't I play the game?

Firstly, BioWare offers no official support on the forum. Official support is still through EA.
Secondly, what you are requesting is irrelevant to the thread you decided to post in, which itself is old and those members might not participate.
Thirdly, for someone with a problem you have given little to no information for anyone to help you. For all we know your problem is you forgot to plug your 360 into the mains.
Fourthly, I would suggest starting a new thread giving us actual details of the problem if you want your fellow gamers to assist you.
