I found this companion bug when I was running through one of the caves in the Storm Coast. My companions would not run/jump over the rocks and insisted to try and fight the spider through that narrow gap in the rocks.

And a loot bug when I closed a Fade Rift, I was a little annoyed that I could not loot this because it fell into the world.
