My character, a human noble champion, is missing his 2nd specialization point. It was awarded upon reaching level 14 fine. I loaded my game and now the point is missing.

The Level Up button is not active anymore. Before it was and I could choose the 2nd specialization.

Is this a bug? I've also tried loading previous save games with no luck.
