Maybe it's just me? On PS4, have the UK voice for my quizzy, just spoke to Hawke, she had the UK voice, mine had the US one.

 

Now my quizzy is stuck with the US one. Not game breaking, but it is a bit jarring for me

Others have had voices change when using the US VA after talking to hawke.
