I just killed first boss and waked up in haven but there is no chest i can open

Should go on with mission or should i already get the deluxe weapon?

P.S: also any way to change appearance once started?

there is one on the floor when you wake up its kinda impossible to miss. and im pretty sure there is no way to change appearance

The only thing i have on the floor is a small box with elvish root

But i downloaded (and have confirnation) for the deluxe edition

 

P.S. Fixed downloading again and loading a game before awaking in the room

I discovered that on the PS4 that you have to be online to get them to show. When I saved a game with them and went offline, the saved game would not load. Go back online and the save loads.

I thought the preorder gear showed up in game.  It did with my first character.  My second started out at Haven with some things and is picking up more along the way.  I think you only start out with class-specific armor and a weapon and get other items later.
